About Talayeh Tabriz, MS, RDN
I earned my Master’s degree in Nutrition in Los Angeles, California and completed my dietetic internship through Sodexo at USC Arcadia, where I gained extensive clinical experience working with medically complex patients. I am also a Board Certified Specialist in Digestive Health with a CSDH certification. Today, I collaborate closely with physicians, gastroenterologists, cardiologists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure nutrition care complements medical treatment.
My approach looks beyond symptoms alone. Digestive health is deeply connected to cardiovascular health, metabolism, inflammation, mental health, and pelvic floor function. I help clients understand these connections and apply nutrition in a way that feels practical, empowering, and sustainable.
A love for travel and exploring cultures through food also shapes my philosophy. I believe nutrition should support living fully—enjoying meals, traveling confidently, and participating in life without constant fear of flare-ups.
Let's navigate this journey together!

Work With Talayeh
-
My interest in nutrition began with my own struggles with acid reflux and bloating. As I made
dietary changes, I experienced firsthand how nutrition could improve both physical symptoms
and overall well-being. Food and cooking were also a big part of my upbringing, which inspired
me to turn my passion for nutrition into a career helping others feel their best.
-
I hold a Master’s degree in Nutritional Science, completed an accredited dietetic internship, and
am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). I am also Monash Low FODMAP Certified and
have experience working with medically complex patients in clinical settings.
-
My interest in digestive health stems from both my personal experiences and professional
training. GI conditions are one of the areas where nutrition can have a profound impact, and I
enjoy helping clients use evidence-based nutrition strategies to improve symptoms and quality of life.
-
I focus on creating practical, personalized nutrition plans that fit your lifestyle. Rather than
offering one-size-fits-all advice, I help you make sustainable changes that support your health
goals while still allowing you to enjoy food and live your life.
-
Yes. With your permission, I can collaborate with your primary care physician,
gastroenterologist, cardiologist, or other healthcare providers. I am happy to provide updates
during our work together and a summary of your progress at the end of your program.
